Are you studying IT-Support with an ambition to become a Data Technician with a specialisation in infrastructure? Then we are looking for you! Right now, we really need some hands on! You will be a part of our Tech Operations team and help all our +250 hobsters as well as assisting all our physical shops, warehouse and our sister companies regarding tech support. At the moment we have 3 in Denmark (soon to be 5!) and next year we will start to expand on the German market.

Our mission is to help you develop and make sure you will continue to learn. We might not have as many windows servers or cisco networking as you learn in school, but we will prepare you to become an awesome Site Reliability Engineer - at the end of the day, that should be the most important.

We are expanding with rocket speed and were recently confirmed as the fastest-growing company in Denmark over the past four years. So generally, building something from scratch should excite you rather than terrify you... Don't worry, you won't be doing this alone; in the past year, we welcomed more than 170 people to our team from various backgrounds such as Bonnier, Pleo, GoMore and Google. We have plenty of ideas of how we should grow in the future and we are looking for more talented people to help us with this. 

Who are we?

Hobbii is an eCommerce scaleup selling and shipping thousands of packages a day with yarn, knitting and crochet accessories to dedicated yarn lovers in 35+ countries. We’re a Danish company with an international outlook. Recently, we’ve launched a number of physical stores and aim to hit 50 stores within 3 years to supplement our online sales.

The nitty-gritty skills needed:

• You are a wizard at identifying, investigating and solving IT problems as they arise

• Fluent in Danish and English. If you speak German as well, it would be a huge plus!

• You need to be positive and adaptable as every day brings something new and challenging

• A strong drive and ability to take ownership of tasks.

We’d be thrilled if you:

• Have hands-on experience with User Management tasks and workflows. 

• Have a broad knowledge of different devices and printers

• Been working with Google suite

• Familiar with Linux

• Driver License 

• Have the willingness to learn about network, databases, microservices, cloud computing, automation, programming and many other things.
