3D Artist works on upcoming high quality projects with Unreal Engine, these can vary from VR projects, to virtual productions, architectural experiences and interactive web-based experiences. 

Key responsibilities

The tasks will depend on the project, but these are the general responsibilities.

• Develop 3D models and provide artistic support for the project development

• Model and texture high quality, high and low poly 3D content 

• Responsible for the quality of the models and ensure that they are produced on time 

• Communicate with other team members 

• Suggest smart solutions when necessary so as to meet set objectives 

• Contribute to the development of the project content 

Desired skills and experience 

• Experience in a 3D Artist role, for example in the games or virtual reality industry 

• Strong modelling, UV set and model texturing skills 

• Fluency in a 3D Modeling software (3DSmax, Maya, Blender, etc), sculpting software (Zbrush, Blender, etc), Image Manipulation software (Photoshop, GIMP, etc), texturing software (Substance Painter, Substance Designer), fluency in Unreal Engine 4

• Knowledge of the technical constraints relating to real time, the 3D engines, and level editors 

• Passion for VR & 3D
