Job description: Trainer for Digitalization (Digital Marketing) Training Program

The general scope of your responsibility will consist of:

  • Creating  and delivering lesson plans based on the given curriculum

  • Provide 1-2-1 advice and check-ins outside of lessons

  • Provide program participants with a challenging end-of-program assignment

  • Cultivate a growth mindset in the program participants

You are:

  • Experienced and comfortable teaching the following topics:

    • Project Management

    • Google Analytics

    • Search Engine Marketing & Optimisation

    • Google Tag Management

    • Social Media Management Tools

    • Growth Hacking Marketing Strategies

    • Creating Content

    • Data Studio

    • Basics of HTML

  • Energized and driven by subjects such as talent development, diversity in tech and The Shortcut’s mission

  • Experienced in teaching or has a willingness to teach

  • Ambitious, willing to grow as a digital marketing specialist, and seeking opportunities to demonstrate your abilities

  • Passionate about marketing and the tech industry in general
