Twelve is looking for a new commercial lead

Do you want to run a sustainable fashion brand? Saima Helsinki is a Finnish clothing & accessory brand owned by Twelve, launched in Fall 2020, that produces all of its products at Saima-owned factory in Helsinki.

We are looking for a professional who has the ability to grow sales, brand reach and product portfolio, following Saima’s unique production-driven working model.

As the commercial lead, you are responsible for:

• Brand commercialization and sales

• Marketing, content creation and brand identity

• Product development, together with the design team

• Coordination of offering, together with the production team

We expect you to have the following skills:

• Ability to independently and proactively direct your work, befitting a startup environment

• Proven organisational skills: you function as an ever-communicating member of an organistion, consisting of a multi-industrial background. You have the ability to proactively communicate needs, work status, blocks and suggested solutions.

• Understanding of the principles of production-driven design

• Understanding of the principles of commercially driven design & collections

• Ability to draft, understand and follow budgets

• Ability to analytically direct your work, measuring and tracking progress / results

• You either represent or fundamentally understand Saima’s target audience

• Ability to produce commercially driven text content

You work in direct supervision of the CEO. You will be supported by a design team, a production team and a network of subcontractors.

You will be offered a 3 month full time employment contract, after which results and continuation will be evaluated.

Saima Helsinki is a part of the Twelve group. Twelve researches and develops modern production methods of the fashion industry. Company main site of operations is located in Helsinki.
