Role overview

We are now looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our growing team of adventurers in the heart of Helsinki. In this role, you would handle complexity, capture the big picture, merge user needs with business objectives, and transform them into visually miraculous end-products. As a designer, you are not afraid to get your hands dirty from early-stage conceptual thinking all the way through to launch and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex ideas into beautiful visual executions that make them easier to understand

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to define conceptual directions, user interaction, and workflow models to create killer products/services

• Craft towards simplicity and user-centricity, paying attention to the little details that make all the difference (you know what they are)

• Work directly with our clients to understand their needs, and help strategize new opportunities and improvements

• Contribute internally to build and develop an efficient and dynamic team; nurture an environment of creativity, curiosity, and collaboration

About you

• You’re a strong, independent designer with a proven track record of delivering exceptional thinking and stunning visual design

• You have UX design experience and can produce UX artifacts such as wireframes, user flows, and prototypes, as needed

• You are an explorer, who stays up to date with relevant technologies and design trends and understands when to apply them in a useful way

• You think big and innovate, and constantly inspire clients and project teams with new ideas and approaches to work

• Highly skilled in various design & prototyping software e.g. Figma & Adobe CC

• You have excellent collaboration & teamwork skills and are comfortable communicating directly with the clients
