What we are looking for: We are looking for an individual to join our development project creating a new IoT product that will take Sooma tDCS treatment to the next level. The job is based in Helsinki, Finland.

Your responsibilities will cover: 

• Development of the Sooma treatment delivery platform

• Tasks related to design, implementation, testing, and, later on, maintaining and enhancing the system

• Collaboration with internal and external development teams

The platform consists of:

• Cloud-based data storage, web interface, and mobile application. Key technologies include: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Typescript, Python, React, Flutter, AWS lambda functions, DynamoDB, Cognito.

What we expect from you is:

• Prior experience in Python, Typescript and some mobile development technology such as iOS & Android, React Native or Xamarin

• Two years or more of professional software development experience

• Interest in cloud technologies and databases

• Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies

• Good command of English

• Passion for healthcare development

• Documentation orientated way of working

Knowledge considered as an advantage:

• Prior experience in Flutter and AWS

• Health industry knowledge

• Medical device and software regulation

• Data security such as standards GDPR, HIPAA

• Project management skills
