Job Description:
You will assist all our Polish and international customers and represent RackBuddy’s creative and hands-on attitude towards our work, mostly via e-mail, but sometimes also required by telephone
Proactive sales approach (B2C and B2B)
Help develop custom-solutions in close collaboration with the customers
Optimize workflows and solving other ad hoc tasks
We envision that you:
Have studied, made an apprenticeship or have prior experience within Sales
Have worked with customer inquiries and/or customer communication
Are a native speaker in Polish and speak/write English (Danish, Swedish or French are a bonus)
Provide a positive can-do attitude and handle customer requests in a timely, professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction
Are structured, work accurately and take pride in your work
Are reliable and take responsibility for the tasks given to you
