ResQ Club’s definition of done is zero food waste, from crop to fork, globally. We’re now looking for a Tech lead who can help us get there!

ResQ started its journey in 2015 and conquered the Finnish market for surplus food with agile start-up manoeuvres. Looking into the future, our strategic goal is to be the #1 in Europe in a few years. This ambition requires us to rethink how we work, collaborate, plan, and make decisions.

For our tech team this boils down to sustaining a high velocity, keeping a keen eye on scalability while expanding the service, and going after smart growth (we're not huge fans of hyper-growth).

We need someone to take our tech team towards this aspiration. Would you like to have an integral part in writing the next chapter in ResQ's story as our Tech lead?

What we're looking for:

Ability to lead yourself and drive change
Knowledge and passion in delegation, leading people, and growing a team
Solid background in software development
Ability to provide architectural insights and support your team
A craving for robust services
Desire to work for a better tomorrow
