We're looking for an experienced, SaaS-savvy growth marketing strategist to join our ranks. Is that you? š
š Youāll runĀ growth marketingĀ operations for 3-4 of our international customers (who happen to be awesome B2B SaaS, tech, and subscription companies).
š Youāll work closely together with our content marketers, paid acquisition specialists, web analysts, designers, developers, and customers to build and implement research-based growth marketing strategies.
š Youāll be in charge of running your customersā daily marketing operations according to our agile marketing model. In addition to your marketing tasks, that involves acting as the right hand to our customers, running meetings, and reporting on results on a weekly and monthly basis.
š You'll be in charge of cross-selling and up-selling to your customers, and supporting new business sales.
š Youāll continuously develop your own skills and knowledge, as well as our ways of working. Youāll also proactively share your learnings with the rest of the team.
āļø This is a senior position that requires several years of relevant experienceĀ in marketing and B2B SaaS or subscription, preferably from an agency or a startup/scaleup.
āļø A thorough understanding of different SaaS and subscription business models, commercial strategies, and go-to-market strategies. āļø The ability to form hypotheses and conduct controlled marketing experiments, and build actionable growth marketing strategies based on the customersā business model, goals, market & competitive situation, customer data, and insights from their target audience.
āļø The ability to convert your customersā business and marketing goals into tactical metrics, and continuously analyze and report on the results so that your customers always have a clear understanding of whatās working, what isnāt, why you think that is, and what you think they should focus on next.
āļø Youāre a generalist with hands-on experience and interest in one or more of the following areas: positioning & messaging, SaaS go-to-market strategies, content marketing, product marketing, marketing automation, sales/marketing alignment, business analytics, paid acquisition, web analytics, funnel optimization, and conducting controlled experiments (e.g. A/B testing).
āļø Great project management, organizational and people skills ā we have no project managers, so everyoneās responsible for their own work and customer communications.
āļø Fluency in English. (But please note that you donāt have to be a native speaker.)
š Customer satisfaction and reaching the goals youāve set for each customer.
š Customer retention, profitability, and lifetime value.

š°Your monthly salary will be based on your experience and skills. Our growth marketing strategistsĀ typicallyĀ get paid between 4000 and 4500⬠a month.
