Kodit.io was founded in 2017 with the aim of simplifying the home selling and buying experience. We are on a mission to give everyone the freedom to sell and buy their home quickly and with zero hassle. We use technology to provide home sellers with instant cash offers, and after renovation, we offer move-in-ready homes to buyers. The group finance function is the oil in Kodit.io’s engine. We ensure a growing pool of liquidity to tap into, whether it is for growing our team or increasing the financing amounts for expanding our apartment inventory. At the same time, we make sure that all of these operations are properly processed and recorded. The financing function liaises with a multitude of stakeholders: broad lateral communication internally on operational and strategic manners, as well as externally with e.g. banks, VCs, real estate investors, and alternative lenders. A significant portion of our team have years of experience in investment banking and/or management consulting, resulting in a highly ambitious culture that has helped us raise more than EUR 100m of capital in various forms to date.
