Work with a team of fast marketers on a website redesign project focused on improving engagement, conversions, and ultimately revenue. We’re looking for a detailed oriented designer that wants to play with webdesign in wordpress via Divi. If you work fast, delivery high quality, can take feedback, and get along with people- we should talk!

Must have an online portfolio is required

We've got a partial project that needs some work to get it finished. Looking for right now.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing visual content and help build landing pages on wordpress

• Experience with Divi, Wp Bakery, or similar builder is required

• Create design elements and execute on existing redesigns and webcopy initiatives

• Contributing new perspectives and ideas

• Implementation of visuals into responsive online content using wordpress 

• Take feedback on drafts and use it to make better designs

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• EAGERNESS TO LEARN

• The ability to take feedback and make changes 

• Experience with wordpress builders

• Experience with Photoshop, Indesign, illustrator

• Strong communication, attention to detail, and creativity

• A portfolio with work demonstrating basic principles of design

• Understanding of color theory 

• Understanding of standardization of spacing and layouts

• An eye for UX and engagement

• Organizational skills and eagerness to work on multiple projects at once

• Deadline-driven mentality

• Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment

• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn about new industries

• Exhibits personal initiative and independence

• Fluency in English
