We are growing and looking for a HR intern - Technical Recruiter to join our passionate HR team at InovoTech!
You will play an important role in taking Inovotech to the next level, so you should desire to go above and beyond to produce the best work results. In turn, you will be joining an incredible company and team at a very early stage where everything you do will have a huge impact.
As a technical recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
Write and post technical job descriptions.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities and conduct interviews.
Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
Participate in tech conferences and meet-ups to network with IT professionals.
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary : While the position is unpaid, interns will be eligible for incentives on a revenue sharing model as per company policy.
At the moment we are looking for candidates preferably in and around Gothenburg but flexible to considers others in Sweden, if found suitable.
