What You'll Be Doing

  • Onboard our most valuable accounts, making sure that they are ready and set up to succeed. 

  • Maintaining great contact with your book of accounts via periodic meetings and touch points. 

  • Be the premium point of contact for the entire organisational needs of your accounts (Bis Dev, Marketing, and Sales).

  • Serve as the liaison between our customers, product team, sales, marketing, etc, in order to communicate their needs and pain points. 

  • Act as a business consultant and coach your accounts with strategies, advice, and best practices.

  • Identify and act on both upsell opportunities and known risk behaviours.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Knowledgeable within HTML, CRM and Marketing Automation

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail oriented and analytical

  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction

  • Fluent in English
