We are seeking a talented Backend Developer (node.js) to join our top notch software team. You'll partner with our CTO to create groundbreaking technology. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of Screenful.

We’re based in Helsinki, but part-time remote working is possible. We're flexible as long as we can ensure smooth flow of communication. Screenful is profitable, backed by investors, and ready grow!

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our CTO

• Implementing new features to our data analytics backend

• Working with large data sets that need to be managed under a heavy load

• Lead the development of new features

• Design and build data processing pipelines

• Scale up our analytics backend to match our growth

  
  

Qualifications

• You know how to develop large-scale high-performance web applications

• You are fluent in Node.js and some other backend technology (e.g. Go, Python, or Java)

• You speak SQL and know how to scale relational databases

• Strong written and spoken English
