Minnity wants people in need of care to be able to live dignified and meaningful lives. That's why we help caregivers better understand people they care about - through their smartphone. We are an early-stage startup, with the solution launched in the Swedish and French markets and continue developing our product.

We are looking to recruit a CTO/Lead developer who can lead the development of our technical solution. You will work directly with the founders and actively shape the creation of the Minnity application as well as development of a startup that will positively improve the lives of thousands of elderly, their relatives and formal caregivers.

• Experience in building stable, secure applications in Java with excellent quality

• Prior experience with startups

Responsibility: 

• Drive technical strategy, roadmap. Leading software architecture

• Become a primary owner of all software solutions

• Hands-on backend development in close cooperation with frontend team

• Lead technical team

• Work on product development

• Be a part of management and set the direction for the future
