About you

As a Customer Success Student you will be working closely together in teams and supporting our users in reaching their goals. You’ll join our fast growing and international team of approximately 25 people across Copenhagen, London and New York. This is the perfect job if you like to have influence and wish to gain first hand startup and business experience in an international context.

Your tasks:

• Hand-holding of freelancers and companies in order to ensure the best customer experience

• Sourcing/recruitment of candidates

• Work with and contribute to new business development activities and projects

• Also keep in mind that Worksome is still a startup and there’s plenty of time for taking on tasks that pop up over time and the general mantra we work under is ‘it’s never not your job’. 

Your profile:

• Relevant education from a University or Business School – however most importantly you are passionate and eager to learn new stuff

• Relevant experience from interesting jobs, projects and results, perhaps from recruitment, platform-economy or another startup?

• Service-minded and a team-player

• Professional English speaker (Danish is a plus, but not a requirement

• Natural interest in Customer experience and interacting with people

• A few fun facts, cool hobbies, geeky side projects, own blog or passions is a big plus 🙂

You’ll be working closely with the global team to further grow Worksome and make sure that we have the best product offering on the planet – with lots of help from your peers, our advisors and the wider community of skilled friends of Worksome.
