Kvalifik is looking for a new Finance Manager to take care of our daily financial operations. We are a small young digital platform-based agency helping exciting clients (Mærsk, Københavns Kommune, IDA etc.) to make the most of digital through great web-, app- and social media experiences.

Your role at Kvalifik:

• Analysing and optimising our financials.

• Discovering financial insights and trends across our diverse range of client projects.

• Helping set up automated reporting through dashboards.

• Managing client and employee contracts.

• Managing Salary batches, invoicing and daily bookkeeping.

• Contributing to improving and automating processes so that we keep working smarter, not harder. Both in financials and beyond.

The job is approx. 10 hours per week. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Partner with a high level of confidentiality. Competitive salary.

Ideal profile:

• You are a highly motivated and ambitious auditor/accountant/finance student with a few years left of your studies.

• Work experience as a finance/accounting assistant, controller or similar.

• You take pride in the correctness and usefulness of your numbers and reports, and you take personal responsibility for your work.

• Flair for digital workflows.

• You are not afraid to take on new tasks as you grow with your role.

• It is not required that you are a Danish citizen, but you must have good Danish language skills and have working experience in Denmark.

• Expertise in Excel / Google Sheets goes without saying.

• We use E-conomic – hands-on experience is a must. We also use a lot of other great tools to make financials an easier task: PLEO, Likvido, AirTable – and we are on the lookout for more.
