We are looking for a business manager as we take AxCrypt to the next level. Your focus would be on managing business customers and leads, executing sales and marketing campaigns, and managing interns.

As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing our business customers and leads, including resellers. You’ll be in charge of ensuring that our customers get the help they need, and keep them satisfied as our customers. You actively manage them with the help of a CRM system.

Besides sales related responsibilities, you will be involved in marketing. This ranges from content creation on social media and newsletters, to developing and executing marketing strategies.

Profile

• Degree in the Business & Management field of study

• Relevant experience working with sales and marketing

• Previous role in leadership (whether that’s professional, academic, or another way)

• Good communication and writing skills

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Some understanding and passion for technology

• Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English (C1/C2)

Skill set

• CRM management

• Administrative skills such as working with quotes, invoices and financial reports

• Content creation (social media, newsletters, blog posts)

• Leadership and management

• Google tools (Analytics, Ads, Trends, etc.)

• Basic to intermediate computers skills

A good understanding of finances is useful, as you will be preparing and issuing quotes and invoices to our (potential) customers. Along with this comes understanding of our payment providers to issue refunds, credit notes and potential disputes. With the help of the right tools, you’ll prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.

Confidence in being able to lead and manage others is important, as you’ll be in charge of others as well. You’ll recruit resources, such as interns and translators, but also consultants that may be needed for projects. Setting up these people for their first days and guiding them through their role will be your responsibility.
