Typical tasks you will be involved in: 

Planning, creating, and collaborating in all aspects of digital marketing, including content and inbound marketing, SoMe, email, paid social and display advertising campaigns:

• Running, monitoring, and improving paid social campaigns.

• Running paid search & display campaigns.

• Managing social media channels, including planning content, ensuring timely responses, proposing relevant and engaging content on a frequent basis, and executing paid promotion where required.

• Tracking important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience.

• Monitor website & e-commerce performance, LP creation, SEO/SEM, content suggestions, collaborate with web developers and marketing team to improve performance.

• Following & proposing interesting content, collaborating with external writers

• Using social analytics tools to set KPIs and deliver reports on results.

• Coordinate with different departments (marketing, design, product, sales), and with external teams, advertising, and media experts to improve marketing results.

• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the biking industry.

• Explore, propose, and manage contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

• Assist the marketing team in various marketing tasks.

!Requirements!

• You must be a self-starter and able to work independently

• Strong interest and passion for the social

• Strong interest in marketing automation tools 

• Experience in Campaign Management is a plus

• Knowledge/experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEO/SEM, etc. is a big plus

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Exceptional communication skills

• Experience with social media channels

• Be great at adapting to the use of software tools (HubSpot, WordPress, Shopify, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Slack, Monday, and so forth).

• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and reporting skills

• Passion for digital

• English and Norwegian proficiency

• Personal interest in biking is desirable
