What we look for

An exceptional Performance Marketing Specialist to facilitate the Creative team in developing and executing various Paid Advertising campaigns and strategies support customer acquisitions, increase traffic, and boost revenue generation. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll work directly with our CMO and Creative Team as well as other teams in different functions, such as customer support, sales, and distribution. The right candidate has a strong analytical mindset, an eye for detail, excellent communication skills and the willingness to learn as they go.

What you will do

• Creating & optimizing paid advertising campaigns across the digital channels Facebook, AdWords (Search, Display), Youtube, LinkedIn, Twitter

• Performing A/B testing & ROI optimization

• Implementing programmatic advertising campaigns

• Exploring other digital channels & new media

• Collaborating with the Creative team & providing data insights

• Ad copywriting, testing, and campaign optimization

• Setting up and optimizing Google Analytics goals and tracking/conversion pixels

• Extensive reporting & data analysis based on metrics that matter

What you need

The right candidate has/is

• Experience in Performance Marketing

• High fluency in English, no Finnish required

• Hands-on experience in Facebook Business Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and/or other tracking software.

• Hands-on experience in marketing automation concepts (tools, scripts, APIs, dynamic/triggered campaigns).

• Excellent communications skills, both written and spoken, and comfortable in communicating across levels

• Able to move fast in a high-pressure environment

• Strong skills in copywriting.

• Experience with affiliate marketing, remarketing/retargeting campaigns, and display advertising.

It’s good that you also have:

• Google AdWords and Analytics certifications.

• Experience in retail, fashion, and e-commerce industries

• Graphic skills: Photoshop, Sketch, Lightroom, Illustrator

• Coding skills (HTML, Javascript)
