We are looking for full stack developers to join our team and help us out in building the best gaming platform in the world.
As a full stack developer at Trail you will work directly on our platform frontend and backend. The frontend currently consists of a React web app written in Typescript, which communicates with our backend services, mostly written in Go, through gRPC Web APIs.

Develop and maintain the frontend and backend of our platform.
Work closely with the design team providing them with feedback and proposing alternative solutions when required.
Evaluate and communicate the pros, cons and costs of each potential solution or implementation.
Backend: either a good knowledge of Go or professional experience writing backend code in other languages. Extra points for database knowledge, preferably PostgreSQL or SQL.
Have experience working with source control, preferably Git.
Knowledgeable about modern web technologies such as WebSockets, WebRTC, WebAssembly, WebGL, etc.
Good at communicating, you enjoy teaching and explaining things to other developers.
Pragmatic, curious and not afraid of hard problems.
Respectful of other people's skills and knowledge.
Able to work full-time.
Able to work from our office in Stockholm.
