We are a young Danish founded scale-up company, but already backed by a global private equity firm. You will as a full-stack developer at APX10 become part of a small but dedicated team of developers that have a great impact on the future of climate and urban planning. You will not alone make an impact by adding new competence and personality to the APX10 team, but your work will be directly embedded in the planning of tomorrows water utilities.

Our office is based in Aarhus just 1 min walk from the Central Station and the bus terminal. Our central location makes going out for social events, having a beer and dinner together as a team after a long day, something we often enjoy. We are currently 7 employees but would love to grow steadily over the next years as we enter more international markets.

WHAT YOU DO

• Together with our commercial team identify, develop and deploy features.

• Design and implement both frontend and backend of our Big Data Analytics Platform.

• Database design and modelling by using SQL technologies.

• Integrate cloud-based services into the platform.

• Identify technical debt and provide solutions to eliminate these.

• Perform routine test and quality analyses of the code structure.

• Participate in client meetings to understand market needs.

YOUR PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS

• Great personality, a sense of humour beyond average and a willingness to go the extra mile.

• Expert in crafting good solid maintainable code; Knowing how to apply modularity, cohesion and coupling, abstractions, OOP principles, design patterns and Refactoring’s.

• Advanced programming experience on the .NET platform using C#.

• Full stack knowledge - from data collection, databases, automated ETL pipelines, Web API’s till the Web frontend.

EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• PostgreSQL and data modelling.

• Deployment: CI/CD, Azure, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes.

• Agile development.

• PostgreSQL extensions such as Timescale, PostGIS, pgRouting.

• GIS technologies: GeoServer, Openlayers, Vectortiles.

• Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, Prime NG.

• QA: Code reviews, unit testing and automated tests.

• Data Science using: Python, H20.ai, Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn.

• Excellent written and spoken English language skills, though our primary language in the office is Danish.
