We’re looking for a creative and analytical UX Researcher to turn our software into intelligent and easy-to-use products to attract and retain customers. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, can identify user needs and solve problems to create user friendly solutions for our product with beautiful intuitive visuals.
As UX Researcher, you’ll have the responsibility to combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. You’ll work hands-on, conducting user research and testing, develop wire-frames and task flows based on user needs and collaborate with our talented Designers and Developers to make our software intuitive and user-friendly. Specifically, you’ll:
Conduct user research and testing
Collaborate with our Product Manager to develop and implement new product solutions with attractive designs
Develop wire-frames and task flows around customer needs
Find creative ways to identify and troubleshoot UX problems
Collaboration with Product Manager and Developers to create intuitive and user-friendly software
Keep updated with competitor products and industry trends
As a person, you like to take initiative, to solve problems and have a flair for UX Design. You are ready to use your theoretical knowledge in practice and thrive working in an agile and fast-paced environment.
You have problem solving skills, an analytical mindset and you’re excited to develop your skills and contribute with your ideas and opinion. We don’t expect you to have previous working experiences, but we expect that you are eager to develop yourself and learn quickly. We think you may also be able to tick some of these boxes; if not we’ll help you get there:
Native Danish language skills and proficiency in English
You have a flair for design
Experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
You are studying a BSc/MSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or similar related field
Experience with UX and UI design
Are eager to learn, open to new ideas and always up to date with the latest trends
Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
You should expect to work around 15 hours per week.
