Hobbii is looking for an additional "Hobster" to our People & Culture team - someone who has the winning ability to find the right people and who is excited by exploring the clues on how to make us smarter as an organization. In other words, we need an additional force to make sure that we are getting the right people on board and also figuring out how to do so in the most effective, fun and personal way!
You will mainly be recruiting talent to Hobbii HQ, primarily specialist roles (such as professionals for Marketing, Tech, and Finance). We are looking for someone with a strategic, tactical, and playful approach to recruiting, where you together with Hiring Managers plan future hiring needs and make sure we are always on top of our recruiting needs. As our Talent Attraction Specialist, you will ensure that we are on all the right platforms, but also reach out and source the top candidates who might not even think to apply. The perfect candidate has a proven track record in sourcing and attracting talent as well as a systematic and analytical approach to work.

Hobbii is an eCommerce scaleup selling yarn, knitting and crochet accessories to dedicated yarn lovers in 35+ countries. We’re a Danish company with an international outlook and we’ve recently launched a number of physical stores to supplement our online sales. We are growing with rocket speed and were recently confirmed as the fastest-growing company in Denmark during the last four years - so generally building something from scratch should excite you rather than terrify you...but don't worry you won't be doing it alone; in the last year we welcomed more than 170 people to our team from various backgrounds such as Bonnier, Pleo, GoMore and Google with a mix of ideas on how we should grow in the future and we are looking for more talented people to help us with this.

An experienced recruiter with a proven track record of hiring specialist roles (+ 3 years of experience)
Someone who has a knack for spotting talent and is a natural when it comes to networking
Experienced with LinkedIn sourcing and outreach
Someone who takes ownership of the hiring process from a-z, and makes sure everyone has a great experience when they apply to Hobbii
A strong communicator in Danish and English (let us know if you speak German as well)
