Trainee, you say? Tell me more! 

As a Trainee we give you the freedom to test great ideas and concepts, develop your skills within Paid Social Advertisement under guidance, motivation, and inspiration from our Social Ads crew at Hobbii.

The Trainee period runs for 3 months, in which we will develop your theoretical skills within paid advertisement, while working with applying it in practice. You will learn how to do paid advertising "The Hobbii Way", how to write high converting ad copy, create great visuals, optimize and target the best way using Facebook Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads Manager. After your first three months, you'll start to reach our targets, and you'll enter into our Paid Ads Team. 

Would you like to;

We imagine that you;

• Get motivated by being measured on performance and thrive in a competitive environment

• Are a self-starter and have an entrepreneurial mindset

• Know how to interpret numbers and act upon it

• Have flair for writing compelling and inspiring ad copy, which takes the audience all the way down the AIDA-model 

• Are able to develop new ideas and concepts upon marketing trends and opportunities

• Experience with either photo/video editing, or Facebook/Pinterest Ads Manager is a plus

• Could be newly graduated, have a degree in marketing or similar or just be curious to learn more about Paid Social Ads

• Speak fluent danish.
