We’re a tight team of six located in Helsinki, now looking for an energetic intern with a growth mindset to join us for 4-6 months for the spring 2021. This is your chance to build valuable connections, dive deep into venture capital, and learn from Maki House’s network of 25 companies and 73 limited partners, many of whom are exited entrepreneurs and thus have considerable expertise in scaling tech companies.

Your key responsibilities

• Searching for interesting startups from the Nordics & Baltics

• Assisting the team in evaluating and analyzing potential startups

• Representing Maki.vc in the Nordic startup community (events, hackathons, meetups, etc.)

• Anything else you are good at!

What we look for

• Curiosity towards the Nordic & Baltic startup ecosystem (existing connections to any local startup ecosystem is seen as a plus)

• You’re a team player, but able to execute projects independently

• Fluency in English, a Nordic / Baltic language is a plus

• University level student: our investors come from all fields of study (economics, technology and social sciences, to name a few) so we’re not fixed on a specific degree
