We are looking for an Dynamic and ambitious Driver Manager to join our HQ

Copenhagen-based Operations team. While always reaching for improving our

service for a better future, but generally your mission will be to continually

improve customer/partner experience through greater driver availability while

minimizing costs and streamlining processes.

What you will do:

• Driver management & driver quality

• Analyse data and identify opportunities to improve delivery quality

• Develop and optimize processes to allow our operations to scale quickly and efficiently

• Collaborate with operation & technical team to develop new features and ensure the best user experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or last year

• Highly energetic, self-motivated and results driven person

• A boss to handle projects

• Strong business sense/ ability to rapidly identify opportunities for improvement and provide creative solutions

• Hustle: you are fearless about doing what it takes to get the job done the right way, even if I means making mistakes along the way

• Fluent in Danish

• Master English on a high level
