Do you wish to join a fast moving SportsTech startup and get hands on experience, develop your skills, get responsibility for vital tasks and work closely with great colleagues in a buzzing startup environment?
SwimCam is a Danish hardware startup building a fun and engaging swim practice solution based on our innovative underwater camera. Our ambition is to greatly improve the swimming skills of both competitive swimmers and beginners, and we have joined forces with some of the best swimming coaches in Denmark and the Danish Swimming Association.
We have just been selected to the largest and most ambitious hardware accelerator program in Denmark - Danish Tech Challenge 2020. As one of our interns you will be an integral part of SwimCams journey throughout the program and your office will be in FutureBox at DTU Campus in Lyngby. Here you will work, share free coffee, Wednesday “chat cake” and other social activities with more than 20 other amazing hardware startups inventing a new tomorrow.
We are looking for a talented intern within frontend software development. In close collaboration with the rest of the team you will be developing a cross platform application for streaming, recording, managing and sharing video content.
You are probably:
Good at React + React Native and have flair for coding
Familiar with NodeJs, software architecture and best practices
Excited about streaming technology
Interested in UX and UI
Most importantly you are willing to learn, bright and curious. And you are attracted to a job in a startup where you are close to the customers, are crucial to our success as a company and an important part of the decisions we make as a company.
We hope you can start early september and end in December/January. Working hours: 16-37 hours a week, preferably full time. You will receive a monetary acknowledgement as intern to support your SU.
