We're looking for a Spanish talent to join us in launching and growing our business in Spain! Ideally, you'd be a person with 1-2 years of previous sales-related experience and a burning desire to learn and grow.

In a nutshell:

• The job: Launching and growing Venuu’s business in Spain. Strong focus on getting Spain’s best event spaces to join our service.

• Language requirements: Native Spanish from Spain, fluency in English. No Finnish required.

• Start: September 21st.

• Working hours: Full-time during office hours.

• Team: Venuu's new market expansion team.

• Location: Office in Helsinki.

• Pay: Junior-level start salary which will grow with you and our Spanish operations.

Role and tasks:

• Your main task is to get Spain’s best event venues on board. You’ll prospect, contact and negotiate deals with local venue providers in accordance to our go-to-market strategy. We'll give you all the support you need, so don't worry.

• Ensuring that Venuu will become Spain’s #1 online destination for finding an event space. This means learning and getting your hands dirty with the basics of search engine optimisation (SEO). We'll teach you how it's done.

• As an early member of our expansion team, you’ll have a great front seat view of Venuu’s business model, platform, global strategy and vision. You’ll learn a lot and will have a significant impact on our organisation’s future success.

What we're looking for:

• You are from Spain and ideally have lived in one of Spain's biggest cities.

• Sales-oriented approach is your thing. You will be negotiating and closing lots of deals both via email and phone. This sounds like a challenge you'd love!

• Broad skill-set is an asset. As an early stage Market Launcher, you ought to excel in a broad range of tasks. A generalist mentality and a curious mind will get you far.

• Fast-paced and goals-oriented work suits you. You’ll need to hit ambitious goals and deliver results continuously.

• You already live in Helsinki and can meet us for a live interview.
