StepUp Air is building wearables based on breathing, a vital parameter that has been much forgotten but contains so much information. For sportspeople, we can significantly improve training efficiency while minimizing the risk of injury. For healthcare, we help patients live a better life. For horse owners, we deliver insights on horse health and behavior. We're a team of 18 international people covering a wide range of competencies.

Experienced or passionate about sports, healthcare and technology?  

We are looking for a part-time or full-time intern to join our team. You will have many responsibilities and work directly on building a better product for the right target group. Basically, as a development engineer intern you will work with our design team to bring the product to completion and ready for launch!  

Tasks:  

• 3D CAD Design (Preferably Autodesk Fusion 360 or SolidWorks Experience) 

• 3D Printing and Rapid Prototyping  

• Design of Plastic Components and Design for Additive Manufacturing 

• Sourcing Materials and Supplier Communication  

• Product Testing, Assembly and Development Tasks. 

Experience with/knowledge within is a great plus:  

• Strong 3D CAD skills 

• Knowledge of Plastic Materials and Manufacturing Processes.  

• Some Experience Designing Mechanical Systems. 

• Some Experience with 3D Printing and Prototyping is a Bonus.
