What is the job about?

As a Market Development Specialist, you will join a dynamic team of great colleagues in handling a massive volume of leads and your role will evolve as the company does. Your focus area will be dealing with Inbound prospects and qualifying them.

• Qualifying leads from Inbound as sales opportunities

• Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services

• Presenting the company and the eloomi products to potential prospects

• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Product Specialists

• Report to the Head of Inbound on team results

The Market Development Specialist has a strong understanding of our products, and can easily bring leads into play by following a structured focus on the customers pains and challenges.

Your’e a quick learner with strong presentation skills, can identify the customer's pains and challenges, and further showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Daily tasked with high level of outreach and converting leads into opportunities. Our Market Development Specialists are often the first point of contact with eloomi, so it’s essential that our team is likable, personal and professional.

What are the responsibilities

The Market Development Specialists in eloomi are highly activity driven and have huge knowledge around our product portfolio and can easily pitch and showcase for potential customers, by using their positive and great communication and presentation skills. The purpose for you is to deliver qualified leads and deals into the pipeline in sales team.

• Master the art of maintaining overview and focus efforts where they yield results.

Who are you

• You are familiar with and master the language of sales. What are the buying signals to watch out for? What words to use that makes customers buy? When is the right time to ask the right questions? If not fully in place yet, we will learn you the rest.

• You speak and write German fluently.

• You have a natural ability to actively listen to the prospect, explain when they need clarification and ask questions that allow them to explore their buyer’s mindset.

• Good at building rapport and starting a conversation over phone, online and email.

• Ideally you have several years in sales with a proven track record for meeting targets.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation skills.

• Proficiency with sales management software, CRM and high data quality.

• Personal integrity and positive attitude.
