You will be joining an easy-going team that values truly great user experiences. You will be working as part of a product design team carrying out different projects.

You will have a direct impact on the future of Plant Jammer user experience and will play a crucial part in streamlining component and interaction guidelines and assets. You’ll have strong support from an experienced designer and a product manager to learn from and spar with.

You have a passion for building easy, delightful user experiences, and have an eye for detail. You are organized, and a finisher. With your ability to prioritize your time and efforts you will design user-centered digital solutions. You will get the chance to build design specifications, wireframes, and prototypes, working closely with the development team to create the best product possible.

You are not shy about sharing and discussing ideas in an early state. You are a team player at its core. You love Figma for the ability to truly share your work and the design system.

Plant Jammer is working hard to bring the user into focus. We do a lot of user tests, interviews, and surveys. We construct user journeys and work with personas. We say ‘Test your assumptions and kill your darlings’. We need you to take part in this mission of getting to know our users!

You just finished your education or you would like to get more into Product Design.

The Tech

Tech: Figma, Maze.design or similar, Affinity / Adobe

Method: Component-based Design system, Double Diamond, Design Sprint, prototyping, testing with real users

What you bring: Team spirit. An open mind. Willingness always to learn. Perfectionism. Ability to finish projects and hand over to developers.

Bonus points for (but not mandatory): UX skills. Previous experience from a similar job.
