We are looking to expand our team with an Recruiting Intern to join us from August/September 2020.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Recruiting Manager and other senior leadership to execute different recruiting strategies. 

• Sourcing for new talents.

• Support the candidate experience and make sure it's a great one.

• Support screening candidates and coordinating interviews.

• Organize amazing recruiting events for Antler.

Requirements

• Strong interest in HR & Recruiting

• Great people skills and sales experience/internship

• Working experience with recruiting activities would be a huge plus

• Excellent communications skills

• Independent and proactive with a can-do attitude

• Comfortable with quick changes, tight deadlines and ambiguity

• Passion for entrepreneurship and believe the world needs more change-makers and innovators
