Your role in Hello retail
You will work closely with the BDR Manager, the Benelux Head of Sales and your other new colleagues to scale the market.
On a daily basis, you will spar with the BDR team to ensure that the whole team reaches the highest possible performance.
You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, contacting and scheduling meetings with medium and large sized webshops for the Account Executives.
Once a meeting is booked, you will hand it over to the Head of Sales who will assign the proper Account Executive to close the deal.
Over time, you will take part in developing the best in class outbound prospecting strategy to ensure an always high level of outbound activities.
Your activities and your results will have a great impact for the sales team so you will have an important role in the sales department
You will work closely with the Head of Sales and the BDR Manager to strengthen your skills in the full sales cycle and we want to give you best possible foundation for your career path internally
The optimal candidate:
You have outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing - in both Dutch and English.
You already have customer communication experience.
The ability to adapt to a fast and dynamic environment.
You aim to surpass goals and expectations.
You work independently and understand your results make a difference
You work systematically and methodically to consistently achieve your goals.
Experience from B2B sales or digital services (preferably SaaS solutions) is preferred
You have the ability to explain technical solutions in a simple and easy-to-understand manner - E-commerce experience will be a plus.
You are disciplined in your duties and understand the importance of CRM.
You know it requires effort and team spirit to ensure a profit-creating and fun workplace.
