This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious, self-motivated professional, confident in their technical ability and who is an accomplished React Native Mobile App developer with at least 3 years experience in mobile application development.  The applicant must be fluent in React Native and have experience building complex mobile applications backed by RESTful JSON APIs.

The Role:

Obbi are looking for an accomplished React Native Mobile App developer with 3+ years of experience in mobile application development. The applicant must be fluent in React Native and have experience building complex mobile applications backed by RESTful JSON APIs.

Responsibilities

- Development of React Native applications for iOS and Android. - Optimise applications for maximum speed and accessibility. - Write clear, concise and well documented code. - Effectively manage timelines and expectations. - Releasing apps on App/Play Store - Resolving build issues on iOS and Android targets.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of mobile application development experience. - 2+ years of experience with React Native. - Experience building web or mobile applications using modern JavaScript (ES6) - Experienced in building mobile applications that consume RESTful JSON APIs - Experience working with distributed development teams within an agile environment. - Deep understanding of how to optimise React Native apps for iOS and Android, including offline storage, threading, and performance tuning. - Additional experience in the following is preferred: Java, Android SDK, Git, and JSON. - Previous experience deploying test builds with Expo is preferable. - Previous experience with AWS technologies is preferable. - Previous experience with PHP, Bootstrap, Handlebars, and Smarty templates is preferable.
