The Role

We are seeking a Data Operations Assistant to join our rapidly growing team and play an important role in the success of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly enthusiastic and driven person who is interested in technology, likes a fast-paced environment and enjoys learning new things.

Responsibilities

• Managing key activities related to the delivery of our core product.

• Utilizing existing web tools to research and process information and aggregate it in a spreadsheet.

• Coordinating between team members and globally distributed outside consultants to make sure that deadlines are met.

• Planning and recording the process and ensuring important actions are taken.

• Organising and processing big data sets in an excel format.

• Contacting American organisations to request essential data.

• Owning the process to deliver demo products to potential customers.

Criteria

Excellent attention to detail -You’ll be coordinating important aspects of our product in Microsoft excel so you’ll need to be confident that what’s happening is up to standard.

Great organisation skills -You’ll be working on multiple projects and with multiple people in a fast-paced environment. You’ll receive lots of support, but we also need someone who can stay on top of what’s happening.

Strong communicator -You’ll be working with multiple team members and external stakeholders so being able to deliver a message clearly and succinctly will be very important.

Undergraduate degree with 2:1 or higher

Computer skills -You will have a basic knowledge of excel and be willing to develop these skills.

Desirable Criteria

Work experience in an administrative or operations type position

A background and understanding of the life sciences
