Finding and closing new sales leads
Handle and Manage End-to-End Sales Cycle - Lead Generation, Prospecting, Negotiation and Closing deals
Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
Attending Networking events
Preparing sales contracts; following company rules and guidelines
Building trust and long-term relationships with clients and partner network across the ecosystem
Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data
Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results
Coordinating with NCrypted's international teams for project planning and execution located in India, USA
Motivating team members to exceed expected goals
Finnish Native Speaker Preferred
Passion for Startups, Internet Business and Technology
Prior Startup/Co-founding experience a definite advantage
English Language + Solid Communication & Presentation Skills
Exposure to Tech Startups and understanding of how software products work would be a plus point
