Droppe is looking for a mission-driven VP of Sales. We look for a creative, dynamic, and resilient person with connections across clients and major wholesalers and distribution groups. The VP Sales is responsible for driving revenue by working collaboratively with the Global Sales Team to ensure that sales targets are achieved.


Droppe is a platform for distributing hygiene supplies evenly and responsibly. Our service reallocates excess supplies from previous areas of crisis and finds resources and hygiene products.

We connect our customers in need of hygiene products with the worldwide flow of resources. Our service takes care of finding high-quality products, verifying quality standards and production circumstances, as well as testing the products upon delivery in the country of destination. 

The company operates both in Los Angeles, United States, and Helsinki, Finland.

Droppe is looking for a mission-driven VP of Sales. We look for a creative, dynamic, and resilient person with connections across clients and major wholesalers and distribution groups. 

The VP Sales is responsible for driving revenue by working collaboratively with the Global Sales Team to ensure that sales targets are achieved. 

We are seeking self-starter that:

  • Deliver significant impact growth in line with the rapid expansion of the business

  • Lead a 5-7 person team and then grow the team once we prove the team sales model

  • Create and execute a sales plan targeting SMB organizations and mid-market distributors and healthcare systems with a focus on a month over month growth

  • Develop, measure and optimize a repeatable sales process to successfully achieve the target sales KPIs

  • Enjoy working in small, fast-paced teams where you can take initiative and accountability, and generate results every day

  • Have a willingness to travel domestically and internationally (when safe to do so)

Desired skills:

  • Proof of success. A proven track record of helping customers in B2B industrial sales

  • Network. Significant market contacts and knowledge within the targeted industries

  • Listening skills. The ability to understand the business needs of prospects and customers and to explain how our solution can meet their needs

  • Relationships. Ability to develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

  • Source & gatherer. Ability to hunt new business and manage a pipeline effectively

  • Tech-savviness. Comfortable with typical growth venture technology tools

The position will report to the CEO and involve all aspects of sales and managing the process between the clients and Finland and US-based sales teams. 

Note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Droppe is now 100% remote. We have a small office in Los Angeles (Culver City) and Helsinki, Finland, as long as social distance can be ensured.
