• +5 years experience in Customer Service or Sales preferably both

• +2 years management experience with a similar position

• Fluency in Danish and English 

• Experience with a variety of sales and service hubs 

• Burning desire to develop sales & customer service to the next level

Responsibilities:

You will lead the development of our amazing service and sales team. Show us your vision for good service and sales, take us to new heights, and prove yourself as a successful CS/Sales Manager, who took a startup to new heights. You will be creating THE handbook for CS/Sales, training new employees, setting up and reporting KPIs, project managing our sales and service hub and the list goes on, with the ideas you form on how to improve the service and sales journey in KLAR.
