We offer our customers straightforward pricing, as much storage as they need, and the ability to organize images easily. While Skyfish is based in Denmark, we are expanding rapidly. We are hunting for a Country Manager for Austria to boost sales and support our customers.

The Job

As our Country Manager for Austria, your principal responsibility is to manage and grow sales in the area where you are responsible, support our existing customers and create new sales. Our CRM system will provide you with promising sales leads which you will then supplement with your own sales leads. Additionally, you’ll contribute with important market feedback to develop marketing initiatives targeted to your market. 

  • Sales! We minimize your administrative tasks and provide maximum support so that you can concentrate on selling.

  • Talk with people every day. Be engaging, be persuasive and be super verbal.

  • Teach people about Skyfish and learning how their businesses work to make sure we are meeting their every need.

  • Recognize customer needs, know your product, and customize your sales pitch to meet the customer needs. Be able to tailor your message to your audience.

  • You will be an important part of product development. Our in-house development team wants to hear your “boots on the ground” experience of what our customers want.

  • Prepare sales strategies and budgets for your country/region.

  • Introduce new features and services to customers within your country/region.

  • Contribute to market data and play an essential role in developing the SKyfish overall sales, marketing and product strategies

  • Developing and supporting strategic partner and lighthouse customers

  • Evaluate key metrics

  • Prepare and determine new pricing and marketing initiatives

Your base will be our offices in Odense, Berlin or a location centrally located in your region.

You will report to our  Chief Commercial Officer and you’ll be an essential member of our international sales group.

Minimum requirements:

  • Seriously love talking to customers- whether it is on the phone, giving online presentations or even visiting clients on location.

  • Be pumped about providing awesome service. We want our customers to love the product as much as we do, and we can’t wait to show them how to squeeze every bit of value out of our products.

  • Advanced knowledge selling software

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Proven track record of developing sales within an extensive geographic area in an international organization

  • Experience in sales management and engaging with cross-functional teams to successfully achieve business goals

Hard facts about you:

  • Have relevant sales experience and love to close a sale

  • Verifiable history of prior success.

  • Have good working English skills. Colourbox is an international company with sales around the world and co-workers from multiple continents. We speak English and we want to be able to chat with you.

  • You speak and write German completely fluently. We want our customers to know that we are speaking their language, literally.
