Looking for an experienced supply chain specialist who can join sales team to be part of our growth journey and join an international and diverse team as the Business are expanding! In total 19 people are already working as of today across Sweden, China, Russia and India.

Timber Exchange is actively involved in transforming global B2B trade by automating process in traditional industries by enhancing Trade, Logistics, Collaboration, Compliance, Accountability, Transparency and Visibility. Our first supply chain platform is called Timber Exchange www.timber.exchange and is now The startup was founded in 2018 and is digitizing and automating global B2B trade and logistics processes between industrial parties. Our mission is to build revolutionary digital tools that enable and automate global trade across all related areas including trade and tendering of physical goods, logistics management, planning, tracking, documentation, compliance, trade-finance, insurance and collaboration.

In your role in the Business Team you will work with

• Create Sales Lead by calling or meeting prospective clients

• Prepare and Present Timber.Exchange sales pitch

• Follow up emails / requests

• Draft Contracts

• Write marketing material

• Coordinate company activities and follow up projects

• Present company and platform to industrial clients

• Willing to Travel

We are looking for someone with

• Education in Logistics or Experience in global trade/logistics is a requirement

• Strong communication skills

• Strong interest in Technology or Global Trade

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance or Marketing

• A good understanding of technology, trade, logistics, compliance or analysis is meritable

• Fondness of traveling, openness and language skills are mandatory.

• Language barriers need to be broken in many parts of global trade, hence the platform is already set up in four languages ​​and bearing any of the following languages ​​is a clear advantage: English, Chinese, Russian and Arabic.

Our office is in  Täby Centrum, Stockholm , easily accessible in 12 minutes via overground from Tekniska Högskolan station.
