About the internship:
We are looking for an ambitious program coordinator to join the Startup Norway program division in Oslo to help delivery with excellence our programs planned for 2021. This also includes working with the startups taking part in our programs as well as building relationships with Norwegian and Nordic investors, corporates and community.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop a project plan, key milestones, budgets, program materials and overall coordinator for the programs you will be leading
Contribution to all aspects of participants and mentors recruitment from developing marketing materials, booking speakers, selecting the program participants to webinars and other marketing strategies to reach the goals.
Manage communications with the program partners and sponsors and deliver a program report after every program termination.
Coordinate bookings and communications with program service providers and vendors such as venue, catering, event coordinators.
Helping with building more efficient operation processes within the program team.
Meeting and networking with exceptional entrepreneurs, investors, community and attending various events
Requirements:
A team player that can interact with a lot of different people — you will interact with entrepreneurs, team members and other relevant people in multiple regions
Curious and open-minded - You will face new topics and trends every day, likely in areas you’ve never heard of before
Proven track record as an independent and responsible doer - you will be awarded with a lot of responsibilities from day one
Comfortable with a variety of responsibilities – you will be involved in multiple Startup Norway’s projects.
Excellent communication skills in English - it is a plus if you speak Norwegian but is not required
Previous startup and/or startup ecosystem experience is a plus
