Cloudasset is a young, dynamic company headquartered in Helsinki with offices globally that has developed financial payment systems and digital platforms for national resource management.  Our  P3  payment system technology helps create national scale fast payment systems with all the necessary tools from end user applications, devices to transaction processing, settlement and re-conciliation.

We are looking for an experienced financial manager to lead the finance function of the company and support the execution of its strategy.  

Responsibilities     

• Overall responsibility of all financial aspects of the company and its subsidiaries 

• Development of financial management processes and systems in accordance with the company's objectives 

• Cashflow Management & Management reporting 

• Participate in the shaping of commercial & customer contracts 

• Budgeting, forecasting & creation of financial business cases 

• P&L management for multi-year customer contracts 

• Funding, investments and capital management 

• Responsible for finance function for Financial Institution processes (FIVA license related) aspects 

• Support the company’s sales, operations and delivery processes where appropriate 

• Business planning    

  
  

Requirements     

• Master’s degree in financial management 

• 7+ years of experience in the finance function/ financial management 

• Past experience in payment service provider — and/ or e-commerce business preferred 

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner 

• Self-starter with strong time management skills to balance workload and multiple workstreams 

• Working languages: Finnish & English

Not a requirement but a big plus:    

• Experience with mergers & acquisitions and investor relations 

• International experience 

• Experience with a financial institution
