Veri is an early-stage startup on a mission to help people feel go(o)d through better metabolic health.
We do this by providing everyone access to their metabolic health data through a continuous glucose monitor and combine it with magical software to provide actionable insights related to nutrition and performance.
Our journey started in a hacker house in the Bay Area where three frustrated, driven-to-build-things-kind-of-minds, got together to build a product that wasn't available to us and our closest community.
We collectively believe that health is our greatest wealth and show up every day in life and in our work to protect, develop and manifest this belief. Eventually, we want to change how health is seen in the modern world - moving away from a binary state of being healthy or being sick to a state of gradient.
Health is our greatest wealth: We root each other to be healthier every single day. We host sports-themed team days, enjoy daily yoga, and HIIT sessions together. We also provide an incentive program to encourage the exploration of new health and wellness products.
We believe in magic: Companies that we look up to, like Nike and Apple, strive to make people feel and experience magic in every interaction with their product, marketing, brand, and their organization. We don't let realism come into the way of imagination. We build soulful products with magic instilled in them.
Ideas can be copied, but people are irreplaceable: We can mess up a product and rebuild it. A competitor can steal our idea and implement it. But our people are irreplaceable. You can steal our work, but you can't steal our inspiration.
If you find any of the above hard to relate to Veri is most likely not a great fit for you ✋
