What we are looking for

A collaborative, creative, and highly organized storyteller to join the team as a Photographer. You will be responsible for all aspects of photography, primarily for digital and branded content. Candidates should have excellent technical and editorial judgment and a strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.

What you will do

• Create branded, attention-grabbing content for mobile and digital / social-first consumption

• Comfortably work both independently and collaboratively through all stages of a social-first production, including pre-pro/planning, through to post-production, including editing, processing, retouching, color correcting, and archiving all files in an organized manner

• Keep up on the latest trends and evolution of technology in our industry

• Take and implement feedback in a constructive and timely manner

• Concept, self produce and execute high quality photoshoots

• Have strong photographic skills to ensure all content meets standards for brand integrity and production quality

The ideal candidate has:

• Solid experience executing work in digital and social media, including knowledge of specific mastering requirements

• A suitable DSLR/mirrorless camera with suitable lenses

• Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator

• Fluency in English (no Finnish needed)

It would be a plus if you also have:

• Thorough understanding of multiple SoMe channels including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube, and Twitter.

• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Ads Manager, etc.

• A can-do and get-it-done attitude and interest in fashion

• Styling
