Family in Music is a service that connects artists and music professionals, offering a variety of tools for distribution, artist development, and even financing. Our mission is to help artists level up their music game to the next level, towards artistic and financial independence - and success.

THE GIG

Your core task is to look for new artist talents or music contents and take responsibility of content development and commercialization. Additionally, you are responsible for productizing and commercializing creative contents of a good market fit, working together with marketing to make artist stories visible in the market and negotiating artist and music content deals. It is also part of your job assignment to find potential music producers and studio talents to join the Family in Music producer network. Together with the team, you are accountable for finding the biggest artist potential and developing them to new heights. Keep on reading and challenge yourself in this intriguing role.

THE DEAL 

Family in Music is part of the Jiffel Music Group. JMG has over 10 years of history within the music business. Our offices are located in the Aalto Startup Center in Otakaari 5, Otaniemi (Espoo). Our music studios, where a great deal of Finnish and international music has been written and recorded reside in Leppävaara, Espoo. Flexible remote working is supported.
