Family in Music is a service that connects artists and music professionals, offering a variety of tools for distribution, artist development, and even financing. Our mission is to help artists level up their music game to the next level, towards artistic and financial independence - and success.

THE GIG

Your core task is to take care of our distribution customers and all the operative work related to digital music distribution. Additionally, you are responsible for developing our Label Services and excellently taking care of DIY artists’ customer service, as well as building great relationships to artist customers of our Label Services. It is also part of your job assignment to work together with Career Development and Marketing in keeping Label Services customers happy. Together with the team, you are accountable for our Label Services operations. Keep on reading and challenge yourself in this intriguing role.

THE DEAL

Family in Music is part of the Jiffel Music Group. JMG has over 10 years of history within the music business. Our offices are located in the Aalto Startup Center in Otakaari 5, Otaniemi (Espoo). Our music studios, where a great deal of Finnish and international music has been written and recorded reside in Leppävaara, Espoo. Flexible remote working is supported.
