THE GIG 

Your core task is to maximize customer engagement and value by making sure we serve our customers in a timely fashion, through the right channels according to their actions and desires reporting to CCO. Additionally, you are responsible for getting to know our customer personas as well as their needs and delivering them content and messages that lead to action. It is also part of your job assignment to make sure that you analyse the results our marketing automation efforts lead to. Together with the team, you are accountable for planning, executing and measuring our advertising, inbound marketing and marketing automation efforts. Family in Music is part of the Jiffel Music Group. JMG has over 10 years of history within the music business. Our offices are located in the Aalto Startup Center in Otakaari 5, Otaniemi (Espoo). Our music studios, where a great deal of Finnish and international music has been written and recorded reside in Leppävaara, Espoo. Flexible remote working is supported.
