We are searching for a new team member who is looking for a great internship opportunity in one of Norway's most interesting startups. MyFoodOffice® is a Norwegian cloud based software that allows food producers to have full control of all their products. As our customer success manager, you will play an important role in the intersection of our software development and our users, and will get first-hand experience in product development, customer insight and user on-boarding.

What will you do:

• Take ownership of our testing methodology to make sure that we deliver new kick-ass functionality spotless and free from bugs, in close collaboration with our extremely talented software developers

• Make sure our current and new users succeed, by helping them out in any question they may have and establish metrics on our user engagement

• Contribute with your own experience and ideas towards our future roadmap, supported by your growing user insight

• Further develop our onboarding process for new users. This could include developing how-to videos or faq

• Manage our customer channels such as website and facebook

• Be part of a team that is passionate about achieving great things together

• Continuously learn new things, and improve our practices and processes

• Want to get first hand experience in a startup environment

• Love taking responsibility and are not afraid of getting involved

• Are a new graduate or in your last years of higher education

• Speak and write Norwegian and English fluently

• Identify with our business values of being smart, kind and trustworthy

• Enjoy working in a team, and value building a diverse team

• Are based in Oslo, Norway

It would be good, but not required, if you

• Have experience or education in the fields of software product management, sales and / or marketing

• Are fluent in either Italian, French or German

• Know or have worked in the food industry

• 6 months full time internship, starting in June
