Area Business Manager (Spain & France)

Salary SEK 28,000 - SEK 35,000

Exxentric develops innovative and science based strength training equipment for professional athletes and teams, medical professionals and health and fitness. As Area Business Manager you are the connection between a Swedish startup and its global market. In this role you are handling some of our bigger European countries and building relationship with customers, resellers and potential partners. You are also part of our Global Sales team working together on sales and marketing projects.


Area Business Manager FrALS 

(France, Andorra, Luxemburg, Spain) 

Exxentric uses a hybrid model of sales where we have both non-exclusive resellers and also do direct sales via our website or email. Exxentric’s target is to grow sales from around 25 MSEK to 100 MSEK in 5 years. This will be done with existing and new products, as well as services and software. Now we are looking for someone to help us grow in Spain, France, Luxemburg and Andorra.

Overview

ABM is responsible for a geographical market, with sales mainly through business partners like resellers and sub-resellers, but also directly to end customers via Exxentric’s own web shop or otherwise, with the focus to grow the market and develop our partners. ABM will be working together with Exxentric’s education and event team and as part of the global sales team the ABM will also help designing global sales campaigns and marketing.

ABM FrALS is a part of the global sales team that consists of a number of people/teams, each with responsibility for a certain geographical market. All sales staff is based at Exxentric HQ Stockholm, except team US that works out of Exxentric North America INC, Portland, Oregon, US. 

Team US - USA, Canada, South America. 

APAC - Asia Pacific (Asia, Australia and New Zealand)

EMEA - Europe (excl FrALS), Middle East, Africa. 

Nordics - Nordics incl Sweden

FrALS - France, Andorra, Luxemburg, Spain. 

 

Key responsibilities for a ABM

The key aspect in this part is about communication and building relationships. 

  • Developing the partner business in the region (prospecting, signing, onboarding, follow up). This includes finding a suitable level for the partner, setting terms and targets. 

  • Follow up on leads, sales, quotes and forecasting for the region.

  • Develop large accounts together with resellers, for example gym franchises.  

  • Informing about campaigns and marketing as well as making sure that Exxentric and its products are shown in the right way according to our brand guidelines. 

  • Main point of contact for the partners and direct customers in the region. 

  • Working together with partners to do activities (setting up courses, developing master trainers, doing events like pop-ups, exhibitions, fairs and workshops). 

  • Together with Global Team manage our CRM (Zoho) and our online chat which is our main point of inbound contacts. 

  • Work include travel to take part of the partners’ activities and also build relationship with key customers in the region. 

  • Take part in RND meetings (ABMs take turns) to discuss and leave feedback on product development and quality. 

  • Have input on marketing, globally and for your specific region, and also regarding our e-commerce / website. 

  • Help our Community manager to find suitable ambassadors for the region.

     

Your Support

Growing the region is the ABMs main responsibility, but the ABM is far from alone in doing this. A good team work is critical to develop the region. 

  • Weekly sales meetings with Global Team and management to discuss sales and campaigns. 

  • Weekly general sales-marketing meeting - information and brainstorming around marketing and sales campaigns. 

  • A very active Marketing department to push the partners’ activities and events. Community manager that can set up ambassador deals to promote our products in the region. 

  • Education team to do IRL and online educations, webinars and lives streams with sales staff and customers. 

  • Event team to take part of partner events or arrange our own. 

  • Operations and Support, to help with speedy delivery, customer-service, quality issues, replacements, education of service staff. 

  • RND team, 2nd line of support,  can help interviewing resellers and customers to get input to possible improvements of our products. 

  • Finance department - will follow up on invoices and can help with setting resellers up with credit line.  

Qualifications

  • Language: proficient English (official office language), Spanish and French.

  • International sales background (education and/or experience).

  • Personal: friendly, eager, dedicated. Our company motto.

  • Training and strength training education or experience, physiotherapy or coaching is a merit.

  • Available to travel on a regular basis.
